Could not recommend Sykes Gas & Limited enough. We contacted Jamie to arrange the capping off, removal of a redundant gas fire, and a boiler service. Jamie quickly identified we had an unknown gas leak, and unfortunately had to temporarily condemn the system for our safety. Jamie took time to discuss all options and advise the most practical, and budget accommodating options for us. He had jobs booked for the next few weeks, but did his utmost to accommodate us with a young family, and went the extra mile by returning the next weekend to install a new gas feed to our boiler, and carrying out the boiler service. All workmanship was of a high standard, and will definitely return to them for any future work we require.

Sykes Plumbing and Heating fitted a new thermostat for me today, as well as completing a radiator flush and boiler service. They arrived promptly and completed all the work without any issues. Sykes Plumbing & Heating did a brilliant job removing and replacing our 30 year old highly inefficient Aga Rayburn with an external oil combi boiler. They quoted for the job and completed the install within two weeks due to another job being delayed, we had been without heating or hot water for 2 months so the speed and quality of the provided service was hugely appreciated! They had a huge team on site and amazingly completed the huge job within a single 10hour day! Brilliant job! Would highly recommend!

I had a new Worcestershire boiler fitted today Heath and his son were very good, they made sure all my carpets were protected before starting work. I mentioned that my pipes under the boiler was not lag , and heaths son sorted it , my old pipes didn’t line up for new boiler so he cut and made good the pipe work , under the floor so the pipes looked nice and tidy under my new boiler. Heath set my hive stat up , explained everything it does till I understood , I would recommend Sykes plumbing and heating to anyone who’s wanting a new boiler.Thanks again lads , I never known my heating and hot water come on so fast . I love also how I can control my heating in house or away from my home. They left my house nice and clean when they had finished their work. Lovely to see farther and son working so good together . Was recommended to me when other big name heating engineers couldn’t replace the water heater part of my split system. Was looking at a sizeable bill to replace the whole system and rip up my bathroom and kitchen floors. Peter Sykes came round the same day and quoted to do what others couldn’t. I had a new Worcester Bosch boiler installed by Liam and Cameron. What excellent workers. From making the first phone call and getting advice on the best and most efficient boiler to the end, they were brilliant.They were on time, and worked non-stop, they put covering on the carpet and took all the rubbish away with them. Very neat and tidy workers. Heath messaged the next day, checking that there was no issues with the boiler. There was a leak in one of the pipes, Liam came out and sorted the problem, even though it had nothing to do with the installation of the boiler. Fantastic company and I wish all tradesmen were as honest, efficient and trustworthy as them. I will definitely recommend them to future customers and will also use them for my yearly check up on the boiler.

Just had our new Worcester Bosch System Boiler fitted by Sykes plumbing & heating. The boiler installation was fantastic!! Service from Liam & Heath was simply outstanding! Not only did they do a superb job fitting the boiler & filter they also checked every inch of the system, every radiator & explained how it all worked. So clean & tidy !! Great service from Sykes Plumbing and Heating. Used the company to fit three Anthracite radiators as well as a Power Flush and a Hive system. The work was completed well within time, was completed to a high standard and all areas kept clean and tidy as they worked. I cant recommend these guys highly enough. They were friendly, polite and a pleasure to have complete the work.
